Project assessment process
Konserra assesses opportunities alongside investor readiness and available capital. After review, details of suitable opportunities are presented to prepared investors on a project-by-project basis.
Each project is assessed through its costs, financing terms and risks. The findings are shared with you before an investment decision.
Being ready for opportunities
Once your company structure and the capital you have allocated for investment are ready, we can assess opportunities that match your goals together. You decide separately whether to participate in each project.
Project review and presentation
We screen the opportunity and organise technical, legal and financial reviews. We present income projections together with their assumptions, costs and risks.
Participation decision and conditional commitment
You decide whether to participate in each project. If you participate, your commitment is tied to that project. If the required capital is not secured within the agreed period, the commitment lapses.
Shareholding and acquisition
Once the required capital is secured, your own company becomes a shareholder in the investment company through a capital increase. Capital is transferred at closing and the acquisition is completed.
Setup and commissioning
We manage contractor selection, site management, delivery and acceptance. We prepare the asset for operation in line with the project conditions.
Operations, reporting and distributions
Day-to-day operations, maintenance and reporting continue. After documented expenses, taxes and reserves are covered, the remaining amount is distributed to shareholders in proportion to their holdings.
