Investor preparation
We review goals and time horizons and coordinate the necessary company and account arrangements.
Based in Romania · Focused on the European Union
We monitor investment opportunities across the European Union, bringing capital together to target euro-based returns from production and operating assets.
Investor preparation first. A separate decision for each project.

01 / About Konserra
Konserra coordinates the journey from preparation to operations for those investing in Europe. Company arrangements, a bank account and available capital provide the foundation for acting when a suitable opportunity arises.
Preparing in advance enables timely assessment and a stronger position when negotiating acquisition terms.
We review goals and time horizons and coordinate the necessary company and account arrangements.
We review opportunities and present suitable projects to prepared investors with their costs, financing and risks.
Following participation decisions and sufficient capital, we coordinate acquisition, setup and operations.
02 / How it works
Completed preparation and sufficient available investment funds enable timely action. Each project remains a separate participation decision.
We discuss the model in an initial conversation. If it suits you, we coordinate preparation for your Romanian company, bank account and residence application as a separate service.
With your company structure and investment capital in place, we can assess opportunities that match your goals. You make a separate decision for each project.
We screen the opportunity and coordinate technical, legal and financial review. We present income projections alongside assumptions, costs and risks.
You decide whether to join each project. Your commitment applies to that project and expires if the required capital is not secured within the agreed period.
Once sufficient capital is secured, your company becomes a shareholder in the investment company through a capital increase. Capital is transferred and the acquisition is completed at closing.
We coordinate contractor selection, site management, delivery and acceptance. We prepare the asset for operation according to the project terms.
Daily operations, maintenance and reporting continue. After documented costs, taxes and reserves, the remaining amount is distributed in proportion to each shareholder’s stake.
Your investment capital stays in your company’s account until acquisition. The scope and fee for preparation are agreed separately; you decide whether to participate in each project.
03 / Areas of investment interest
We focus on energy, construction and real estate, and indoor children’s entertainment centres. We review opportunities in these areas and present suitable projects in detail once investor preparation is complete.
Solar generation, battery storage and hybrid projects, assessed through technical, operating and market conditions.
Land acquisition, residential and commercial development, renovation, sale and rental of existing properties.
The establishment and operation of centres, assessed through location, investment needs and the operating model.
Targeting euro-based returns
from production and operating assets.
We assess each investment’s income potential alongside its costs and risks.
04 / Our principles
A model that makes decisions, costs and responsibilities visible. Rights and obligations are defined in written agreements.
You assess each project separately. Your investment capital is not committed to projects you do not join.
Project forecasts and service terms are explained. Costs, reserves and distribution arrangements are reviewed together.
After agreed costs and reserves, the remaining amount is distributed to shareholders in proportion to their shares.
Periodic reporting, supporting records for service invoices and audit rights are defined within the contractual framework.
Financing approach
We assess equity alongside project cash flow and financing needs. EU funds, incentives and credit facilities form part of this approach.
We examine support opportunities matching the country, sector and programme conditions.
Cost, maturity, collateral and repayments are assessed against operating income. Support and credit depend on eligibility and institutional approval.
